Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at gopangaea7@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right. 

Shipping Policy

Most items ship within 2–4 business days after payment (excluding Sundays and holidays). We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. All packages are carefully packed and include tracking. Once the package is with the carrier, Tags on X is not responsible for delays or loss, but I will help you follow up with the shipping company.
